25 years of Continental Hotels – a menu with traditional dishes
This year, the Continental Hotels company celebrates its 25th anniversary. A quarter of a century on the Romanian hotel market means tradition, seriousness, continuity, care and attention towards our customers and employees.
On this occasion, we want to offer you an anniversary menu
This menu comprises dishes that were famous 25 years ago, the stars of Romanian cuisine in the 1990s. We have searched through the Continental recipes and we have brought some delicacies back into the spotlight: Ambasador Consommé, Bonne Femme pike-perch fillet, Continental medallion served with Pommes Duchesse and sauté vegetables, Goose liver served with apples and cognac sauce, Chateaubriand with Bearnaise sauce and grilled vegetables.
